"Like a good neighbor, State Farm is not there. I have had State Farm since I first started driving as a teenager and was extremely disappointed when they dropped me after being a loyal customer for over 30 years - all because I co-own my house with sibling who they felt had too many claims on their (separate) car insurance. Even though I have not had any car accidents, I rarely drive, and have never missed a payment. I am not sure what Anthony Anderson does, but I inherited him as my agent. In all of these years, he has not once spoken to or corresponded with me directly. I am not certain what the point is to have a local agent when they cannot be bothered to have any contact with you, especially when you need them the most."

"I'm with them because I need insurance for my car. After a year, my bill jumped from $130 to $162 for no reason. I called to know why but they told me there is nothing they can do about it."

"I get calls and emails from this guy everyday about a quote that I never signed up for. No matter how many times I email back or text back saying to leave me alone. My inbox’s still get flooded with emails and text. If I could give this annoying company a negative star, I would."

"Hard to get service on policies. They don't answer the phone in the morning, noon or afternoon. Have to wait a long time for callbacks and their online website won't allow you to get copies of your policies. Also slow to respond to requests to cancel or change policies. They NEVER answer the phone but they tell you to call State Farm for assistance. When you call State Farm corporate they are never able to help you and send you back to Anthony's office, which doesn't call you back either. I also wonder if Anthony Anderson even exists because you can't talk to him."
