I opened my first State Farm Insurance office back in 2007 when the opportunity presented itself to relocate to Nebraska where my wife was raised. I had been insured with State Farm for many years and, in fact, became close friends with my agent so I was very familiar with the brand. He had often told me about the wonderful opportunities this company offers but I hadn’t considered it until my wife and I moved to Omaha. I never pictured myself becoming an insurance agent, but it has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made. Coming from a background where financial literacy wasn’t a priority, it has been one of my greatest accomplishments to become a beacon for financial fortitude. I was fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to open a second State Farm office in 2016. This career has allowed me to connect with many different people in this community. I love what I do, and I love where I do it. Omaha’s low unemployment population and multitude of entrepreneurs make for the perfect environment to guide our customers down a path of financial wellness. I try to stay very active in this community, I am on the board for the North Star Foundation.
